Zoo Charge is a new business launching into the Electric Vehicle Charging market in Australia. As a new business, strong branding is important, leads are gold and the strategy behind it all needs to be well planned. Zoo Charge approached Bolt Marketing looking to generate leads and sales via engaging a marketing agency to help setup and manage their social media.
After initial meetings with Zoo Charge, the client soon realised that there was a lot more that needed to be implemented and sorted before hitting the market. The team needed help in creating a marketing plan with clear defined objectives, create an action list and outline the tasks for implementation.
To create an action plan for the business via 2 x 2 hour strategic marketing meetings to go through the marketing materials, target market, sales funnels and lead generation opportunities.
A review of the existing website to see whether the current outlay and setup was conducive to Google’s algorithm.
From this workshop an action plan would be created with a list of priorities, tasks to be implements and a launch plan.
Bolt Marketing held a 4-hour strategic meeting to help document for the client all the lead generation ideas and opportunities and help prioritise them into an actionable plan. This meeting then led to a re-design of the existing website which included indexing with Google, clear keyword usage within expanded content including targeted industry sectors, product information and services.
The team created professional business stationary including business cards and email signatures and then developed a capabilities statement for sales leads and creation of a company video, in preparation for going to market.
